I just want to thank you for making such a wonderful documentary on my favorite childhood Amusement Park. I was in tears by the end watching the demolition of a place where I loved to be.
I loved each and every photo, video, interview, etc, and plan on watching the DVD over and over again!

I do have a question for you guys though.
I am trying really hard to find authentic memorabilia from the park, mostly something from, or some part of the park. I mean something as small as a painted brick would be wonderful with me. However, I know there were left over ride cars and such from rides like the Sky Liner, The Flume, House of Horrors, etc, and I am just curious if you may know what happened to them after the demolition?

Again guys, fantastic job on this video, and I can't wait to hear back from you!

First of all, thanks for the kind words! We loved making this movie and we're so glad it's being so well received. Here's what we know about leftover Rocky Point stuff:

Skyliner chairs: We saved two from demolition. The rest were carted off with the spare metal and debris. Most of them were not in the best of shape.

Flume logs: All of them are gone, save one. It sits in the middle of the Shore Dinner Hall (which has yet to be demolished.) But don't try and break in for a daring rescue: it's locked and alarmed, the floor is crazy dangerous, and the flume car weighs in at approximately 1 million pounds.

House of Horror Cars: A mystery. There were seven of them when we first started documenting the park. On the day of its demise, there were only two left and they were scooped up by the City of Warwick.

Other stuff: check eBay. Unfortunately, there really wasn't anything of any value left behind by the wrecking ball.

Hey!! Congrats on your awesome film! I hope you still remember who I am! (I'm the photographer from South Dakota that came out east to help Kristin of KristinStudio photograph a couple weddings.) I'm so happy to see how well this took off for you! Again congrats!!
